Have you ever tried soft goat cheese? Mild cow cheese filled with ham? Matured sheep cheese with dill or garlic seasoning? How about handmade parenica cord right off of the spool? Did you ever wonder how it’s made? If so we highly recommend a horse and carriage ride from the ranch to the local cheese factory and see it for yourself.

During the course of the one-hour tour you will not only be guided through the whole cheese-making process but also get to meet one of the main Cheese Masters of the area. With his guidance you will see every station of the production while he explains how quite ordinary milk turns into a cascade of flavors. At the end of the tour you will be treated to a small cheese feast – the factory’s finest selection washed down with a sip of local wine.
