Recommendation

In The Saddle has been working with El Bronco for five years. Over that period the average satisfaction score is 96% and we are confident our customers will be well looked after. They regularly report back on the excellent facilities at El Bronco, the high quality of instruction and the well trained horses. The riding is tailored to the individual which suits our customers as many are new to Western Riding. We would not hesitate to recommend El Bronco to anyone interested in improving their Western Riding.

James Sales from United Kingdom, DIRECTOR InTheSaddle

We know El Bronco as a very reliable and responsible partner now for many years. We especially appreciate the excellent organization and the ongoing development for instance regarding horses, instructors and accommodation. Our guests enjoy the familiar atmosphere where all the employees give them best to make the clients stay as comfortable as possible and the variety of horses which match every rider, from beginner to advance for lessons and for trails. The Ranch offers perfect training and trail riding facilities and the quiet location in a wonderful landscape guarantee a break from everyday life and a high level of recreation.

Marjut Greinus from Germany, Pferd&Reiter

For many years now the El Bronco team have been welcoming horse lovers from around the world and we are delighted to be able to offer stays there for our customers. El Bronco Ranch is a professional, welcoming ranch with top quality horses and facilities. Perfectly located in the Kiskunsági National Park, surrounded by tracks which are ideal for riders, the ranch offers a peaceful environment in which to train and improve riding skills, horse handling and stable management. The instructors are trained to a high level and have vast experience of imparting their knowledge to their students, whilst the wide range of horses allows horsemen and women of all levels to experience the pleasure of western riding. The ranch breeds many of their own horses and the quality of the foals produced is testament to their knowledge and skill in this field, as well as to the select bloodlines used. In addition to maintaining a high standard in terms of horses, facilities and equipment, the ranch staff ensure the top class care and handling of their horses – this results in happy, willing horses who bring about the best learning opportunities for their riders and handlers.

Over the years Rando Cheval has built a fruitful and solid relationship with El Bronco Ranch based on the high quality service and hospitality they have given to customers booking through our office. Their expertise hardened by a decade-long professional sport career in western riding is a powerful tool that allows them to successfully instruct even the most unexperienced guests that decides to try their hands in this ever growing, beautiful riding style.

El Bronco is situated in the beautiful, tranquil surroundings of the Kiskunsági National Park. The park has an area of 53,000 hectares with a wide range of flora and fauna, including white tail Eagle, nine species of orchids, herons, white tail deer and the black-winged stilt. Tens of thousands of migratory birds every year tumble down into the lakes in the park. The landscape consists mainly of salt flats and Sandy lowlands, making it ideal drive is.

Driving/the horses

El Bronco has become a reputable Western ranch with Quarter horses, Appaloosas and Paints ´ s. The horses are well trained and lead a good life. The rides go on sandy paths through the Woods, along the Lake and over the dunes with views of the area. In the arena, you’ll learn the basics of Western riding. Stops, back/ups, Side-steps, lopes, create transitions, serpentine and rollbacks. During the week you may on two longer rides count with a picnic lunch. The pace of drive is varied and groups are broken down by level. Even beginners will have the chance to gallop.

Accommodation

The ranch has fantastic facilities, there are two sports fields, an indoor arena, seven beads, expanded winter pasture, a round-pen, stables and a tack room. The guests are well catered for. There are 12 rooms with private bathroom, a bar, a dining area and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a wellness center with a Jacuzzi, steam room, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna and a large shower cubicle. Massages are a good way to get sore muscles supple. Massages need to be reserved on the first evening and be paid on the spot.

Non-riders can visit the local cheese factory, there are wine tastings, a carriage rides, a jeep safari in the National park, an early morning trip to the bird station, hiking in the national park, fishing in Izsák and a visit to the nearby town of Kecskemet.

I visited El Bronco a couple of years ago and I was impressed how they managed to create a very nice setting and succeeded to provide guests with a real ranch experience. El Bronco is a very horse friendly riding center with not only focus on horse and rider, but also attention for non-riders (there is a swimming pool and a very nice wellness area plus a number of non-riding activities). I definitely recommend El Bronco to all people who would like to encounter a unique western perception in Europe.

TESTIMONIAL AND RECOMMENDATION

I work as the national contact point of HorseXplore – the biggest travel agency focusing on riding holidays in the Nordic countries.

HorseXplore is a Swedish, family owned company established in 1993. It represents more than 200 riding holiday destinations in 44 countries all over the world. El Bronco Ranch in Hungary is one of HorseXplore’s most popular destinations year after year.

As a Finnish contact point of HorseXplore, I have visited El Bronco Ranch four times during the past three years. I have brought with me groups of several sizes (1-17 tourists) and including riders with diverse riding skills and ages. All my visits have been very successful and several group members have returned to El Bronco more than once. Both highly skilled and beginner riders have been happy with riding at El Bronco. I even have had a blind riding tourist in my group and she, too, got a very high quality riding experience at El Bronco.

There are plenty of reasons for satisfaction:

-The horses are of very good quality. The ranch breeds high quality horses that are happy to work and willing to cooperate with riders. The horses live in herds in the huge ranch, relaxing outside and playing with other horses. Folds stay with their mothers and are trained caringly from their youth. Also, horses that are bought from outside the ranch, are chosen well and trained for guest use.

-The staff is professional in horse training, riding and client work. The staff chooses horses well for each guest and is able to create an encouraging learning experience. Safety is an important part of the learning atmosphere. This is very well understood also in El Bronco.

-The staff’s riding and horse training skills are of high quality. I have followed the training of horses at El Bronco and am impressed with it. The horses are trained to be willing, happy and ridden with small aids.

-The infrastructure is very good both at stables and for the customers. The accommodation is clean, modern and functional. The meals are healthy and sufficient. The staff is helpful.

I am happy to continue cooperation with El Bronco also in the future.
